RBSA worked with the client to customize a building program and assist with site selection. Multiple sites were considered and analyzed to ensure the best fit for the goal of a 400 plus automobile sales lot. Ultimately, a 4.99 acre parcel was selected to accommodate this Sales/Service Facility that included sales floor, offices, detail bays and a complete garage with service center. RBSA maximized the site by utilizing an underground storm water system. The system allowed the building to be the focal point while also dedicating the majority of the site to display/sales area.
