This new facility supporting members of East Rowan County housed administrative offices, meeting spaces, kitchen, nursery, aerobics and fitness rooms, racquet ball courts, gymnasium, swimming pool and locker rooms. A second level over the gymnasium supports running track as well as a cardiovascular fitness area.
